Why does a page not open when I click on a link?

This problem occurs if you have Service Pack 2 installed with your operating system. In this case you will see a yellow bar on the top of the page in Internet Explorer. To solve this problem go to Tools > Internet Options and click on the Advanced Tab (Right Hand Top Corner) on the screen which appears. In the Advanced options which appear below the tabs look for Security and Check the first two boxes mentioning 'Allow Active Content from CDs to run on My Computer' and 'Allow active content to run in files on My Computer'.
